Children should meet possibility before pressure.

What Will I Be? is an educational initiative for ages 5–18, created to make career discovery more imaginative, human and accessible.

A career conversation can begin with curiosity—not a job title.

Children often reveal interests through the questions they repeat, the games they invent and the problems they choose to solve. Adults can miss those clues when the only question is, “What do you want to be?”

The initiative uses stories, songs, role-play, books, flashcards, workbooks, colouring and QR-linked media to help children explore 14 broad career families without reducing their future to one early choice.
